Wheel Throwing Lesson
This is a two hour beginner wheel throwing lesson at $60 per person. In this time you will have the opportunity to create 2 pots. The pottery you make will need to be trimmed and fired, then glazed and fired a final time to have finished pieces. This requires 2 more visits at $25 per hour. Ages 10 and up. Please note how many people you would like to come and whether you are left or right handed.
Trimming Lesson
This is a wheel trimming lesson to finish the details on your pieces made during the wheel throwing lesson. This can take from one to two hours at $25 per hour per person.
Hand Building Lesson
In this lesson you will learn to make pottery with your hands. This can include coil pots, slab building pinch pots or sculpting. This generally takes one to two hours at $25 per hour per person. Ages 5 and up. Please note how many people you would like to come.
Glazing Lesson
This is the last step in the process where you paint your pottery with glaze. It will then be fired again. This is an hourly rate of $25 per person.
Studio Time One Hour
The studio is available for use by experienced and beginner potters to come in and practice throwing, trimming, hand building and glazing. This is an hourly rate of $25 per hour per person. Please note how many people you would like to come.
Studio Time Two Hours
The studio is available for use by experienced and beginner potters to come in and practice throwing, trimming, hand building and glazing. This is and hourly rate of $25 per hour per person. Please note how many people you would like to come.
One Time Group Events
We offer events for groups of 6 or more. For larger groups, either you can provide a venue or we can provide plenty of space at DeGallery. LivingWaterPottery can bring the studio to you!
One time events is glazing my handmade bowls or mugs. This only requires you to get everyone together one time.
You glaze, we fire and you pick up.
This is $50 per person which includes the pre made pottery, the glazing and the firing.
Two Time Group Events
We offer events for groups of 6 or more. For larger groups, either you can provide a venue or we can provide plenty of space at DeGallery. LivingWaterPottery can bring the studio to you twice!
In the first session you will hand build a piece of pottery. We then fire the pottery. In the second session you return one to two weeks later to glaze your pieces and we fire again.
You pick up.
This is $50 per person which includes making the pottery, the glazing and the firing.
